My Story

Belfast-based, Pre-Sales Lead

I started my Dynamics 365 journey back in the days of CRM 2011... working for a Microsoft Partner who specialised in the SMB space in NI/ROI. This role exposed me to all aspects of what we now know as Dynamics 365 and it also gave me experience in all aspects of a CRM/D365 deployment, from Pre-Sales, through discovery and diagnostics, to design and deployment, and finally, training and support post-go-live.

I knew from an early age that Information Technology, and in particular software was always going to be a career path for me and throughout my degree, at Queens University Belfast I was constantly on the lookout for that role or technology that would grab my attention... for the past 10 years, Dynamics has been that technology and it shows no signs of losing it anytime soon.

I now arrive at a point in my career where I am fulfilling a Pre-Sales Lead role and it has allowed me to experience the entire breadth of the Dynamics 365 suite and Power Platform. This has led to me being tasked with challenges on a daily basis, around the functionality, the scope, and the reach of the product and requiring me to find new and interesting ways of solving problems.

This website is going to help me organise the content and collateral into a blog-style format and will allow me to build and share that content with other community members.
